We select project team applicants to form multidisciplinary project teams of 4-5 people who work as light entrepreneurs together with dedicated project managers and mentors.
Lenz operates in partnership with ACE Consulting. Our experienced consultants work as coaches, mentors and project managers in teams chosen and tailored to meet companies unique needs.

Preparation for the project

Before the project starts, our consultants coach and mentor the team members. This is how the team is honed together and learns everything they need to know about the client’s operating culture and mission.

Project implementation

To ensure maximum value of the implementation, an experienced project manager leads the team and the project. Lenz is responsible for the effectiveness of the work and the fulfillment of all the agreed upon goals.
