Lenz is an international consulting startup which challenges the traditional way of consulting. To truly have an impact and in order to change the world we’re constantly searching for the brightest and the most ambitious young talent in Latin America, who identify themselves with our beliefs and cause. If selected, you will form part of one of our potential teams to solve our client projects in the American continents, but you might also be hired directly to work for Lenz Mexico/Latam, joining our international movement and working directly together with our Mexican director Tero Moliis.
Lenz method focuses on matching business need with potential. In a traditional project you match business need with experience for example: “We want to digitize our traditional business processes to enable e-commerce directly to our customers.” Then you gather a team with required experience and competence to complete the project, but the problem is that all environments are unique and you can not copy-paste experience & solutions. Also if you utilize existing experience then by definition it can’t create competitive advantage as it has already been done and will be done again for someone else. Now what Lenz does is create the most potential team to solve problems in a way that doesn’t have an obvious outcome and that could build up to create competitive advantage for the company.
Lenz projects are created purpose first: What is the change we want to see in the world? And then we create the ideal team to make it happen. As an applicant for a Lenz projects you need to make two choices: Identify yourself with the right project (=purpose) and then with the right role in it.
